My daughter absolutely loves her piano lessons. Vanessa's style of teaching is fun and keeps the attention of my very active child. The transition in to online lessons has been easy and my daughter enjoys it just as much as going to her lessons. I'm not sure who was excited more, my daughter or I when she completed her first book in only a few months!! The confidence it has given my daughter is amazing and she was so proud when she did her first recital three months after joining!

Our kids have been taking lessons at Rektor piano for 4 months now and I'm impressed with what they have learned so far. This is their first experience with playing the piano and Vanessa has them both progressing very quickly. We couldn't be happier.

My girls both love taking lessons from Vanessa. She uses all kinds of different ways to keep the kids motivated and they always leave their lessons with a smile on their faces! I just feel so blessed to have found such a great teacher.

My two daughters, ages 5 and 7, started taking piano lessons this past Fall. My youngest daughter was reluctant at first however with some encouragement she now practices at home without prompting and enjoys it immensely! Vanessa is extremely talented and her enthusiasm is contagious. I would definitely recommend anyone who is brand new to piano or a seasoned player.

I wanted to say thank you for being such a wonderful and inspirational piano teacher to me over the past couple of years. I'd been reluctant to return to lessons after a 10 year break for fear that I couldn't improve, or wouldn't enjoy piano the way I remembered - but with your help I've certainly rekindled my enjoyment of and enthusiasm for playing. Preparing for and (finally!) taking my exam was a bonus - the real reward is the confidence I've regained in playing. Thank you!

My daughter decided she wanted to play piano and I was sure it was just a phase and was recommended to Mrs Rektor for lessons and so glad we did, it has been a year now and my little one counts sleeps until piano lessons, plays everyday without prompting and it has boosted her self confidence and sense of pride.
